Have a taste of our workshops but also of equally interesting "live cooking".

In the herb shop our collected herbs from Hochkrumbach are dried or processed accordingly under the guidance of our qualified herbal educator Brigitte Moll. In summer, Brigitte leads our guests on the weekly herbal hike through the Hochkrumbach herbal world. In winter, together with her, they process the dried summer stock into a beneficial herbal pharmacy for the home.
