Conditions

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
If you book for seven days, we change the towels once a week, three pieces per person.
Each adult person receives a bathrobe upon arrival.
Bedding is provided.
The sauna is open daily during the winter season, and you can use it free of charge.
The apartment also has free "Wlan".
Sky - complete package (movies, world, sports, Bundesliga) is included.



PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES


PAYMENT

  • To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the travel price is required immediately after booking.
  • The deposit can be made via the website by entering your credit card.
  • For wire transfer of the deposit, please use the following account:

  • The deposit as well as the remaining invoice amount can be made by prepayment to the mentioned bank account.
  • On-site the following payment options are available:

CANCELLATION
The cancellation fees are structured as follows:

  • Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 89 days to 30 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • From 29 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Late arrival, no arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fees.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

  • To avoid financial disadvantages in case of cancellation or early departure as well as for more security on your vacation in Austria, the conclusion of a Hotelstorno Plus or Hotelstorno Premium with the European Travel Insurance AG is recommended.
  • Hotelstorno Plus includes helicopter rescue.
  • Hotelstorno Premium includes helicopter rescue and an accident package.
  • By concluding the booking, guests confirm that they have taken note of the payment and cancellation conditions and agree to them.

Arrival

You can move into the apartment from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
